What We Do
The North County LGBTQ Resource Center is proud to serve our local trans* and intersex community through the Gender Advocacy Project (GAP).
Conceptualized in October 2014 as a committee that oversees various programs including support groups, social groups, educating individuals both within and outside the community, collaborating with local health providers to provide trans*-inclusive health care, and putting on flagship events such as Trans* Day of Visibility, Trans* Day of Remembrance, and Intersex Awareness Day.
